All costs of collection due to non-payment as well as the statutory interest from the moment of default and the full costs of legal assistance, both in and out of court, are for the account of the contractor.
A subscription can be entered into with natural persons of age and legal entities who are resident or reside in Aruba. The minimum duration of a subscription is twelve (12) months.
The Contractor is the person with whom SETAR legally enters into the agreement. The contractor is responsible for the use of the Setarnet connection and for payment of the resulting costs.
This statement must be signed by the applicant (future holder) for each domain name that is requested and submitted to SETAR.
